Acceptance of These Terms
By using AttendTrack — the app, the web dashboard, or this website — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AttendTrack.
What AttendTrack Is
AttendTrack is a tool that helps teachers check attendance, keep class and learner records, and prepare attendance reports. It is provided by GenAssistPH and is intended for legitimate classroom use by teachers and school staff.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for using learner information in line with your school's policies and applicable privacy rules. Keep your account credentials (when cloud sync is enabled) and your devices secure, and export backups of important records regularly.
Accounts and Cloud Sync
Cloud sync is optional. When it is enabled and you create an account, your school details, classes, and learner lists are stored in your account so they can sync between devices. You may stop using cloud sync at any time; the app continues to work with data stored on your device.
Acceptable Use
Do not use AttendTrackto store information you have no right to hold, to attempt to access another user's data, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Disclaimer and Liability
AttendTrackis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenAssistPH is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost records — please keep regular backups. Official attendance submissions remain your school's responsibility.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as AttendTrack evolves (for example, when new sync features ship). Significant changes will be announced on this website. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
